The delivery person knocked only once and did not wait; I had to call him back from the street. He claimed he waited for 15 seconds, which felt unreasonable; a second knock would have been beneficial. He did apologize afterward, which was appreciated.
Absolutely diabolical!! They've had parcels for 5/6 days ... No movement, despite multiple attempts to email and phone. Phone customer service gets shut down when there is over 40 callers! They promise next day delivery so many times and yet nothing has moved! They will not allow collection either! NEVER EVER choose GLS in Ireland unless you are happy to wait weeks!!
Parcel took 5 days apparently to arrive after leaving France and another 5 days to sort. Driver lied saying he attempted to deliver it. I’ve now been assured the driver still has my package yet I haven’t received it and it has been 4 days. My tracking number does not work anymore and apparently they have no way of knowing which driver has my package. I can’t tell you how much of a waste of time and money this whole experience has been.
