My package was not delivered to my…

My package was not delivered to my address. It was taken to DHL’s drop off point at J&J Healthfoods N5 1QJ and remained there until I was forced to pick it up myself this afternoon.There was no option to have the parcel ‘re-delivered’ as appears on missed delivery message received.Also, NONE of the DHL customer service number work - calls fail to connect. .Absolutely Disgraceful!DHL’s Reply to the above message is as Disgraceful as the Lack of service 🙄

Horrendous experience

Horrendous experience, delivered to a completely different address on a different street (even though we have 24 hour reception. Just dumped there, not even handed to the porter. Avoid and use a better service provider

Driver didn't even attempt to deliver

Driver skipped my place and the tracking was updated to say I didn't answer. Had to wait until Monday since they apparently don't deliver on weekends. Since I wasn't at home on Monday I had to redirect it to a Service Point.
