This company has no customer appreciation and they not stand behind their products. I got a LOL Surprise Magic Flyer as a gift with no gift receipt. The doll was not charging. I reached out to MGA E customer service and they provided no help! They sell a defective product and do not stand behind it.

MGAE is not reputable, no customer service, no assistance in finding lo

I have been waiting for 2 weeks for my 7 packages to arrive. Packages MIA and UPS is refusing to deliver to my address. MGAE is refusing to retrieve packages and have delivered. Seller has an obligation to insure packages arrive at destination. They are refusing to help

They don’t provide any replacement parts …

They don’t provide any replacement parts/accessories for their dolls. So if you lost something you cannot buy it, you will have to buy the entire doll. And you cannot buy any accessories that go with the doll, at least that’s what their email back to me said from ID: MJD-326291Now that I see the trust pilot reviews, I I understand why these toys are in the discount isle at TkMax Without asking my purchase date the Agent assumed I don’t have warranty for it.

I won't be buying a Little Tikes…

I won't be buying a Little Tikes product again, clearly they don't care about product safety and instead of addressing genuine concerns they simply dismissed them. The email from the unnamed customer service advisor clearly showed lack of product knowledge and factually incorrect, what was clear was they didn't even look into my concern. Profit before your child's safety @ Little Tikes!

Quality Control Issue MGA don't care

MGA Entertainment have a quality control issue. Yes their toys are amazing, very well designed and you can tell alot of effort has been put into them HOWEVER some of the toys clearly aren't checked before being packed and sold and MGA will NOT take responsibility for it! I purchased the LOL Surprise Remix Super Surprise set from The Entertainer. The first doll was in perfect condition, the second one turned out great too apart from slight scoffing on her boots..the third doll 'Bad Gurl' had the SAME hands on each arm basically she has 2 left hands!! Did MGA care? Did they kindly offer me a replacement hand? Did they offer a replacement doll? NOPE! They literally didn't care in the slightest. They had the audacity to basically tell me it's 'The Entertainer's' problem (when it most certainly IS NOT as they trust MGA to send them quality control checked items so no IT IS NOT upto them to solve this issue! 'Bad Gurl' having 2 left hands was not the only issue either. Metal Chick has one slightly longer leg than her other one and her corset was bent and thus wouldn't snap on her correctly as it should..it is too small for her. I wrote to MGA about all the issues even providing the photographic evidence and they point blank refused to do anything. Luckily I did end up contacting The Entertainer. I will leave a seperate review on them with more detail on how they handled this issue but they have supposedly sent me a replacement of the pack after I told them about MGA's response and sent them the photos too.Extremely disappointed with MGA. Posh high end doll company 'Integrity Toys' happily send replacement parts all the time and Hasbro have sent me replacement in the past when I lost a doll hand. I don't understand why MGA are so pretentious that they refuse to do what's right..they have no decent excuse whatsoever! Disgraceful!
