Received two emails and one text from…

Received two emails and one text from you yesterday,5th Dec informing that the parcel would be delivered on Monday 8th, no time scale,and a signature was required. I changed my plans to suit. This morning when I was not at home and planned to be out until evening I received a text informing me that it would be delivered between 16:35 and 18:35 today. Fortunately my daughter was able to be there.No signature was requested.

Terrible

Terrible. Chasing them to pick up parcels that have been paid for. Virtually Impossible to get in contact with. Waited over an hour on hold on the call finally hot through to some only for her to hang up on me straight away. Disgraceful
