An item was due to be delivered on 8th December. I get a text saying it would be delivered 2 days early, with an option to rearrange. I rearrange. I then get a text stating it has been delivered and signed for by me, I am not even there. The item was left in full view of the street and I will be surprised if it is still there when I return. This company is useless. I do have other examples of their incompetence. Boycott!!
I’m contacting you regarding my shipment 6897230082 from GLOBAL-E Australia Pty Ltd. The tracking stated it would be delivered today before the end of the day and that a signature was required.Despite this, the parcel was never delivered to my address, and the tracking now shows it as signed for by someone named “Magda Klosss”. I do not know this person, and no delivery attempt was made. I waited at home all morning specifically because a signature was required, and nothing arrived.This parcel is very important to me, as it was meant to be my birthday present, and I’m extremely upset that it has gone missing.Please could you investigate this urgently and let me know what has happened to my delivery
