Third time facing issues with this service. The first package was left in the middle of the driveway close to the main road in heavy rain, causing it to fall apart. The second time, I got an email saying the parcel was delivered, but I checked all around and found nothing. After sending two emails with no reply, I called them the next day, and after my complaint, magically, my parcel was delivered the same day. Now, the third time, my parcel was delivered to a neighbor's house. I do not recommend this service.
My order has sat “delayed” in this depot since December 6th with no update since. There is no way you can speak to an actual human who works here unless you make the drive over, which is absolutely ridiculous for those living a distance away from Coventry. I’ve spoken to countless customer service agents based in West Africa over the phone and all they can say is that they need the merchant to tell them how my order was packed, yet when I got my merchant to open a case - crickets! Radio silence! It’s been over a week since the case was opened. Has my parcel been stolen or something? AVOID AT ALL COST
I would give 0 stars if that were an option. I understand that Christmas is a busy period for delivery services, but this experience has been completely unacceptable. There was no customer support available and no meaningful tracking updates. My parcel showed as arriving in Ireland on the 6th of December. The next update only appeared on 30th December, stating “out for delivery.” After all that time, there were still no details or options provided. At that point, I was not at home and had no option to change the delivery date or address. The tracking system then marked the parcel as delivered, yet I never received it and did not sign for it. This lack of transparency, flexibility, and accountability is extremely disappointing. I will stop working with any company that uses GLS as their delivery service.
Ordered a parcel. Was promised delivery would take 10days max. Parcel went from Netherlands to France in a day. Left France and somehow ends back up in France 10 days later with no update in between. Sent an email, no response. Rang their number, just an answering machine saying no one works (well, they are all busy and try again) but nobody is actually working.
From now on, I will leave a low rating for every package that fails to arrive at my home. I've been home numerous times only to find my package dropped at the nearest pickup point AGAIN! This has happened at least 20 times over the past 1.5 years. I've contacted you each time this issue arose, but your automated service is frustrating and unhelpful. Despite my polite communication with your representatives, I still have to go elsewhere to collect my packages. Every time, I'm assured that actions will be taken, but nothing changes. Please improve your internal communication and ensure your drivers deliver to customers instead of just dropping off packages for their convenience. I am extremely frustrated after 1.5 YEARS of this! If my next delivery isn't left at my building while I'm home waiting, I will continue to leave low ratings until you address these issues.
I urge anyone considering this service to read this first: They claim that 'your customers are never left wanting,' but I have certainly been let down. After placing an order with a large company that uses this courier, I faced multiple missed delivery attempts. Despite assurances from the large company that I would receive my order, the courier continued to fail in their delivery obligations. My complaints were acknowledged but unresolved, and I was left waiting with no clear answers. I even offered to pick up my package but was denied. They suggested I seek compensation from the company I ordered from instead of taking responsibility. To date, my package remains at their depot, and I have yet to see any action taken. This customer has definitely been left wanting.
This offerwall has really declined. No matter which platform you visit, the rewards are all the same. They keep pushing games like siege kingdom, but you're not earning anything. Even the support team acknowledged my concerns. It's not just one game; every single offer is affected. They seem to be exploiting users. I've been using these offerwalls for 5 or 6 years, and now they are really taking advantage of you while the developers profit from your struggles. I recommend staying away from it, as things are likely to worsen. They are testing users to see who continues to engage. If you're completing these low-quality offers, you might be out of touch with reality. LOL
