Apart from other reviews, i have bad experience at the moment, but i will correct this review, if things will went right way.Did couple of deposits, and played their sportsbook for a while. When decided to do withdraw, i received rejection e-mail from Daniela from their customer support, that i cant do withdraw, because i have not wagered at least once my last deposit amount (150usd). Its ridiculous, because i wagered it x4 at least. I sent her back proof of that, including bet numbers and amounts, but during 4 days, i havent received answer not to that mail, not to my follow-up mail 2 days later.
I recently signed up, and have been impressed with the high level access to business education you get from here. I am a business grad and wish I had this opportunity to learn from this platform sooner. It's much better than going to school (tbh).
If I could give it 0 starts I would, left waiting over 10 days on a parcel they had and when I finally got an update to say it was out for delivery and I should have it today I get told it couldn’t be delivered anymore. Never order from anywhere that uses this as their main courier because you won’t get your parcel.
Worse delivery company ever said my parcel was delivered on 5th of December never received it to then having to phone gls waited ages in a queue!! To be told it has been delivered to the wrong house 2.5km away from my home 125€ worth of stuff probably gone now the delivery driver has 3 days to return parcel to me fat chance of even receiving it as the house who got it probably kept it horrible service !!
Shocking service had made arrangements with Lisa in Gls for parcel to be left with neighbour as agreed through email it was left in my garden in full view of everyone in the lashings of rain. The box was destroyed i went to pick it up and it fell apart it was so wet it contained two deisigner bags hence the reason i made arrangements for delivery ...would never use them again
GLS has proven to be extremely unreliable. Orders are consistently late, and their tracking information is misleading. They claim delivery attempts were made when in fact no attempt occurred—I waited at home all day, and our CCTV confirms no driver came to the property.I will no longer order from a retailer who uses GLS for delivery.
This lot really don’t have a clue about running a company.I would urge everyone who is buying online to check to see who will be contracted to deliver your goods.If it’s GLS then decline the delivery and ask if there is anyone else they would use and pay for it.It will probably save you money in the long run.After spending a lot of money on a present that is sitting in their warehouse for 9 days and of which I am NOT allowed collect (8 minute drive) I have to buy another present and go out of pocket.I honestly cannot understand how anyone can run a business like this.
