Been home all day, had no attempted deliveries. Get an email telling me it’s at my local, but provided a blank pickup code and no address as to where it’s been delivered. Tried all my local parcel shops, only to find it at the 5th shop I go to. They couldn’t scan it without a pickup code but they were kind enough to give it to me as I’m obviously quite flustered at this point.It’s not acceptable, after recent stress with Evri I was happy for DHL to deliver to me, not anymore! Useless.
Delivery was not delivered to my address. No idea where it is. Not very happy with this failed delivery. Day before driver found address ok and today obviously couldn't find my address and left at an unknown address. Please follow up.
