Review Time
My delivery was due to arrive Tuesday 9th December, I then booked that day off to ensure someone was home to sign for my package. I then received an email today saying my package was out for delivery, no one would be home to receive my package so I assumed I would be able to rebook delivery for the day I had requested off work, I was prompted on several emails and text messages to allow my package to be left unsigned for, I did not agree to this however my package was still left outside of my house even though it had stated a signature would be needed for this. This was not a small package this was a 230x210 rug, which had cost over £200 just left for anyone to take. I would not recommend this company for that reason, luckily my package was still on my doorstep 4 hours later when I got home from work. Rubbish service especially this close to Christmas
Absolutely awful!!!! parcel delivered to the wrong address and yet i’m chasing them for information and to call them it costs 7 pence per minute. If you’d have delivered it to right address i wouldn’t have to ring. I would never order from anywhere that used DHL ever again. Absolutely atrocious!!!!
