Review Time
Delivery was supposed to be 12.30 to 14.30. At approx 15.30 got message saying driver was running late, 2 more drops before me. Then nothing. Location doesn't appear to change for almost 2 hours. Finally arrives at 18.10, driver saying he had a lot of deliveries. I think he stopped for a break. If he needed a break that's fine, but information should be correctly updated.
I am extremely disappointed with the conduct of one of DHL’s delivery drivers who has visited my address on several occasions. Her behaviour has been consistently hostile — from throwing parcels or handing them over abruptly, to speaking in an unnecessarily sharp or confrontational tone.On multiple deliveries, she has acted with visible irritation, even making my son uncomfortable when he collected a parcel on my behalf. Most recently, while I was unwell with a severe migraine, she banged on my door and spoke to me in a raised, aggressive manner over a simple photo-confirmation request.I fully understand that drivers have procedures to follow, but basic courtesy should not be optional. The repeated hostility has created a genuinely uncomfortable experience, and I no longer feel at ease receiving parcels from this driver.DHL needs to address this behaviour urgently and ensure customers are treated with respect. At the very least, I am requesting that a different driver be assigned to my address going forward.
Ordered a lovely new phone. I wasn't in the first day so missed the delivery. I stayed in all the next day as delivery was due between 14.26 and 16.26 pm precisely. I had not received my parcel by 7.30 pm so went onto the app to track. Delivery driver was running late. Went onto the app at 8.00 pm delivery driver had run out time so could not deliver. I then receive a message from DHL the next day telling me it had been delivered and signed for by me at 12.00 mid day the previous day!!! So I call DHL and O2. Long wait to speak to both companies. No one has answer. The next day I get another message from DHL telling me Good News, your order is at our depot. We will advise when delivery will take place. Guess what ------ NO DELIVERY YET. So I have to call O2 again, wait online forever in order to tell them to cancel the order and place a new order where I can go and collect the phone. I don't trust your company or your drivers.
