Review Time
My parcel was shipped 8 days ago on a next-day delivery service, yet it still hasn’t arrived. Every single day since then, tracking has shown they ran out of time and postponed the delivery again. This is completely unacceptable for a next day service. At this point, I have no idea when (or if) my parcel will ever show up. Very poor reliability and communication. I won’t be using DHL again.
