Review Time
DHL express not very express sadly. Took long enough to get to me then they said it would be 1 day and it didn't appear. They then claimed the address was wrong but it was right though you cannot correct them when I got a message to say it couldn't be delivered. So I put the address back in again then it arrived. Terrible sadly.
Messages said it needed a signature, which is good and it would be delivered on Monday. I was fortunately in the Wednesday before when I received a message to say it would be delivered in an hour (they gave a time)and 15mins later it arrived. I could of been out. They didn't ask for a signature.
My shipment arrived on time but I was advised it needed to be signed for upon delivery. The delivery person handed the parcel to my husband and my husband asked where should he sign and was told no signature necessary?? Driver said he’d taken a photo….I’ve checked the DHL tracking and there’s no photo and it states that the parcel was given to me (not my husband) and that I signed for it, which neither of us did. Whilst I’m pleased to have my delivery this does cause concern if my parcel had been delivered to the wrong house as the information recorded by the driver is not accurate!!
Absolutely pathetic. Waiting for phone from Back Market. Supposedly tried to deliver Monday. Rescheduled for Tuesday, sometime. Stayed home all day (signature required). Nope. Delayed. Stayed home all day Wednesday. Nope. Message saying delayed. Now tomorrow. Maybe. Ridiculous. Do not order from any company using DHL for delivery.
Parcel with expensive items that should’ve been signed for was thrown over a side gate damaging goods rather than knocking on the front door even though there was someone in as well. Proof of delivery photo taken of the parcel on the floor in the street before thrown over 6ft gate.
I was told it would come before 10 and 12; then this afternoon I had a message to say it would come tomorrow. Then I had an email to say it had been delivered. And there it was by the front door. I’m glad it’s arrived. They must be very very busy.
