The driver said he attempted delivery but we were in and he was nowhere to be seen. Terrible. But there was no hold time on calling customer services, and they checked the GPS of his van at the time he said no one was in and he was streets away, so they made him come back later that day. All's well that ends well.
Opted for neighbour delivery as it was a Christmas present & guess what…the delivery man sent the parcel to my house Maybe next time he should open his eyes & look at the delivery instructions…ruined the surprise…if I had a choice I won’t use DHL again
