DHL used to be the best in the industry but that is no longer true, even though the costs are generally higher.We rarely get the package delivered to our address even if we are at home, the couriers just cannot be bothered to come to our address and ring the bell, instead drop all packages for the area in the concierge office.
Never had an issue with them at all. They send text and email updates about the status of your order, including a message on the day of delivery telling you what delivery window you should expect, and another one when it's only a few stops away from you. Drivers are punctual, friendly, and professional, and I've never had a delivery be anything but intact. There are also plenty of options to leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a safe space if you aren't going to be home for the delivery. I honestly breathe a sigh of relief when I see that my parcel is with DHL.
I had a package delivered from Panasonic today, ref 0430750428, and I just felt I needed to leave a review here to commend the driver. He was kind, cheerful, and respectful of me and my property. It was like having a little ray of sunshine knock on my door, so please pass on my gratitude to him.
