Driver was polite and friendly. Parcel delivered at reasonable hour. However, I was sent e-mail (which I had expected to receive a few hours earlier) giving expected delivery time fifteen minutes AFTER he had left, and it gave the delivery time as half an hour in the future. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing!
DHL used to be the best in the industry but that is no longer true, even though the costs are generally higher.We rarely get the package delivered to our address even if we are at home, the couriers just cannot be bothered to come to our address and ring the bell, instead drop all packages for the area in the concierge office.
