Scammed out of 30 dollars after 6 days spending like 15 hours a day completing an offer. Obviously not even worth the time to complete the long offers. But they also refuse to payout on their large offers. They hope people quit before completing them so we don't see the scam. Contacted their support via email and they blamed me and said I probably used a vpn or didn't download the game from their link. The early progress tracked for the game once I completed the later tier tasks they conveniently don't track. All of their responses are also obviously chatgpt responses they don't even look at support tickets probably
The service is so bad with this company, I was notified that my parcel had been pass to them on the 13th of Nov, its now the 22nd and I still have not received my package, I rang customer service which i was 38 in the queue and was on hold for 55 mins , they had no idea why it hasn't been delivered by now. Would not recommend this company to anyone .
I placed an order on Zooplus that was supposed to be delivered on 13 November. Apparently there was an issue with the delivery address, so we called GLS customer service on Friday 14 November and provided all the correct information. We were told the parcel would be sent out again on Monday 17 November.Today is 19 November and we still have no update. The parcel is stuck in their “final center” with no movement. We emailed GLS on Monday — no reply. Trying to reach them by phone is almost impossible; the waiting time is over an hour, which is unacceptable.This level of service is honestly shocking. No communication, no transparency, and no support for a simple delivery issue. Very disappointing experience.
Call customer service to cancel the delivery the operator confirmed she will take care of it and contact the driver (09:32), check the tracking still out for delivery, sent an email 12/11 no response, sent again 13/11 follow up no response.Got an email at 20:32 parcel been delivered signed/signature with typed name (incorrect/misspelled). Impossible that been delivered, live at 1st, door bell broken no way it been delivered and signed by me!! Mattress for my mom with back pain which is special ordered, but incorrect size, the supplier couldn't reverse so I need to contact GLS which now become nightmare!!! Cost €660
