Item not delivered & reason given that they couldn’t gain entry to my property. This is impossible as it’s just a gate that opens. No communication as to when my item will be delivered so I had to chase. Told it’s coming on the following Monday 5 days on from the original delivery date. Then I’ve just received an email telling it’s not coming until Tuesday. I won’t hold my breath. Shambles of a company. Apparently there Runcorn depo is extremely busy so they can’t answer enquiries. God help anyone expecting a delivery from them over Christmas. It’s only November.

sender sent 2 boxes, gls picked up 2 boxes and delivered 1. countless emails and 30min on hold got me nowhere. Tracking info just says delivered with zero other information about how many parcels were delivered or a pic for proof of delivery sender has passed this on to fraud department. avoid gls
They are not even half as good as they promise. Their platform access stops working abruptly. And right then their sales rep and customer support also vanish. No response to phone calls or emails. When the platform is actually working, their quotes are rarely close to the current quotes customers have. Absolute waste. I would rather suggest First Connect.
Delivery 2. Estimated delivery advised as Thursday but delivered on Wed. Lucky I had specified ‘leave on safe place’ as I was in on Wed.Delivery 1. DHL did not deliver parcel when ‘leave in safe place’ was instructed. Had to go to depot to pick up parcel but then no clear customer pick up location. Was at Brooklands depot reception but not manned and no lights on, had to ring a video link.DHL, please sort the basics
