Usually as Business Owner you need to get things done quick, Kevin has been professional and pleasant to work with. Quick and to the point without leaving any question unanswered. Definitely added Bolt because of Kevin, I couldn’t find any rebuttal, to his answer. Happy to be on board!
Delivery was due one week ago, they ran out of time on the day so didn’t deliver it. Have phoned multiple times for an update and they don’t seem to know where the parcel is, keep getting told that somebody will contact me back which never happens so none the wiser on if it’ll be delivered or if they are actually going to do anything about it.
Awful customer service , ordered in January then was never informed y'all's Etsy was removed (where I ordered) which should have been a red flag. I was promised it would be sent and received in may. I received it THE DAY BEFORE I LEFT for my September 20th wedding. It's insane - I know the owner is going through something but this was awful and to do to someone for their wedding is insanely sad.
I looked for an AA approved dealer as it’s a well known brand and I thought behind that brand there was substance - standards and safety. Along with that I purchased AA warranty just in case something went wrong.Car turned out to be a complete lemon - catastrophic failure after 1500 miles driven. Dealer shakes off any responsibility- AA can’t help as even though he is still associated with them he is not at the same time? The safety net being the warranty - they require proof of failure which sits in the engine - I’m supposed to pay for an engine breakdown (£1000) just so I could submit a claim. From my perspective and the mechanic I went to - completely unreasonable - might as well have thrown the £600 in the well and wished a wish as it would be as reassuring as AA warranty. Will stay away from anything AA branded for the rest of my life - 2 months in and nothing. Take a week to reply.
