Still £72 out of pocket!!

Still £72 out of pocket!!Claim made on 8th September, and arranged to drop car into garage on 11th at 8am. That bit went well, though the garage warned me it can take a few days to approve the repair. I got a text and email from Prestige on 12th saying my car would be ready that day, unless I hear differently. As that was a Friday and I was at work I couldn't collect it, so I left work early on the Monday (15th) to pick it up.When I got to the garage, they said they performed the diagnostic and submitted the details on 11th, but it hadn't been approved for them to work on it yet, so wasn't done! 35 minutes on the phone, getting put through to 6 different people in various warranty departments, I gave up and decided to just take my car back. The garage then charged me £72 for the diagnostic, as the warranty still wasn't approved, and I had to pay as they wouldn't release my car until I did.Multiple phone calls later, and I get contacted on 24th to say my claim is now fully approved, including the diagnostic costs, and I can book my car in again. The issue though is neither the garage nor the AA are interested in refunding my £72, the garage say they can't, and to be honest it's not their issue, and neither the AA nor anyone else can be bothered to respond to me. My car is finally booked in for 30th, hopefully the issue will be fixed and then I'll go down the court route to get my £72, plus interest, plus costs back.I'm reviewing this as the AA sent me a mail, asking me to do so as my claim is complete....farcical!!Update: I took my car to the garage on 30th, and yet again the AA failed! They sent the wrong part, twice, even when the garage told them the correct part number. I've got my car back, unfixed and still £72 down!!

Ich brauchte jemanden, der mir Struktur und Pläne vorgibt, weil ich nach vielen Versuchen oftmals gescheitert bin und nicht mehr wusste, was die richtige Lösung für eine langfristige Umstellung von Ernährungs-und Sportplänen ist! Jetzt habe ich einen Wirklich guten und vor allem von ihm begleiteten Plan und hilft mir sehr beim Umsetzen und Durchziehen! Ich nehme zwar langsam ab, aber stetig und das Wichtigste: nachhaltig. Es geht in Fleisch und Blut über und wird normal! Never trust these guys

Never trust these guys. I've completed multiple offer by them. It recognizes that I download the offer, but the moment I get to the end, all of the sudden the tracking fails. Even when I show them proof of me completing the offer they refuse to do their side of the deal. Ive wasted over $50 doing offers just to get screwed over in the end.

Driver refused to delivery my package

The delivery guy hired by them refused to bring the delivery to my door. When I took pictures of the vehicle and himself saying I was gonna complain he came back and took my package (that he left on the street) and put back in the vehicle. Which means I don’t have my package after he refuses to deliver (saying was heavy) I have a video as a proof of everything of what happened ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Customer service apologised saying was gonna be delivered the day after but it wasn’t. I still haven’t received my item.

Ignorant, indifferent driver

EVERY time GLS delivers a parcel, they usually have a weight of 30 Kg, they leave them outside our gate, along the road. This morning I put a note on the gate that the gate is open so he would not leave the parcel in the pouring rain. No use, as he left it out of sight along the road again. How is one supposed to carry a water soaked, 30 Kg parcel up the driveway? I cannot lift 30 Kg to begin with, plus the cardboard box will fall apart? I get these parcels, 30 Kg, every week. And every week it's the same! What an ignorant driver to leave parcels in the rain, and not knocking on the door! Will inform the sender in the hope, that they switch the courier if more people complain!Have to add something. It states in the paragraph above the reviews: 'Most reviewers are somewhat happy with their experience '. How can that be? There are 56% 1-star-reviews vs 39% 5-star reviews. The majority is not happy with their experience! But maybe we should be 'happy' to get our parcel at all.Customer service is another reason for frustration. The last time the driver left 2 heavy parcels on the road I rang customer service in the hope that they could perhaps contact the local delivery depot and ask them to tell the driver to leave the parcel at the door. Had the rudest customer agent who told me straight up it is not his business, he is not the driver. When I tried to explain in detail what the problem is he just kept constantly saying aha, aha, aha after every second word I said. Clearly to annoy me. I asked him could he stop doing that and he answered that this is a way to acknowledge communication if I did not know that. I asked for his name and he said he would not give it to me. I asked for the manager/supervisor and he said he would not connect me. Then hung up. I guess that sums it up. If this were a one off I wouldn't care. But I get deliveries (usually the 3oKg parcels) every week. And there is really no other way to get the message across, if customer service cannot be bothered...
