This company is a scam

This company is a scam! They don't care about consumer rights. Don't do business with them. I'd gladly revoke their delivery license! Even though I paid for delivery to my address, after every call they promised it would take two more days, and finally, two weeks later, I picked up my package myself!

Parcel has not moved for 5 days now…

Parcel has not moved for 5 days now since it arrived in Ireland, no reply to emails sent and no help on the phone from service agents. Like other people have said i will not use online companies that use GLS for deliveries to their customers. Shocking bad service.

I ordered something from Austria, waited over 3 weeks for my order to arrive and once I used my tracking I saw that my delivery is coming tomorrow. On 23rd I was waiting for the delivery at home, after using my tracking number again it said "delivered" but nothing was DELIVERED. I called GLS just to be told that they will issue a claim against the driver I believe. There was no email that my package arrived/will arrive, no call from a driver or proof of delivery. What happened here, I don't know but I am pissed because I was waiting for that delivery over 3 weeks. That company only sends via GLS but in future, I will make sure I avoid them.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I waited 3 weeks for my parcel to arrive. The driver managed to leave my parcel in a poor manner; it seems he threw it and it landed on the upstairs door. Inside my parcel were 4 delicate cups, and now I only have 2.

I have contact so many times with your support team but they didn't reply me. I have sent 8 to 10 email but they didn't reply because they are totally scam. If you are legit you support team reply me about my tournament rewards. I have also ask that I have sent by there trust pilot team I have introduce you but they didn't respond anything. This is the total scam. They have not given my tournament leaderboard reward of 75 usd. Do not use MyChips - They charge you back

I found an offer for a game called Beast Go on MyChips offerwall. This game copied Monopoly Go which I have played before. You have boards you have to finish by rolling dice and completing events. I found friends on social media to help me complete events. I barely made the turbo goal and even spent money to complete the goals. The turbo goal did not track, so Mychips gave me the credit. I was initially very happy about this. They then reversed all my credits and charged me back. They claim I cheated somehow. I was in shock, as I did not cheat at all. They decided not to help me in the end. Do not use Mychips as they do not want to actually pay you if you complete an offer. They get upset and will charge you back.Edit- After reaching out to this "Trustpilot Team" they still accused me of cheating somehow. I reached the Turbo goal with 6 hours left. The real issue is that they simply do not want to pay me for reaching a very difficult goal they put in place. I had to spend money to reach it as well. This company most likely cant afford to pay out it's users and that is why they will make up some excuse of "you cheated" and do not want to give you their funds. Avoid at all costs.

No Response from Support

I've contacted the support team multiple times without any reply. Despite sending several emails, they haven’t responded, leaving me feeling scammed. If they were legitimate, their support would resolve my tournament rewards. I even mentioned I referred them to their review team, but still no response. This feels like a scam. I have not received my leaderboard reward of 75 USD despite finishing first in the tournament, and it’s been 20 days since it ended. The tournament on this platform seems dubious.

Packaging Issues Led to Concerns

The packaging showed clear signs of damage, prompting me to want to inspect the contents. However, the driver cautioned that opening it would mean I couldn't refuse delivery. So, I opted not to check. After closing the door, the driver unexpectedly returned and left the package outside. Upon opening it, I discovered that although the outer packaging was inadequate, everything inside was unharmed. My worry is that it could have easily been damaged, yet it was left as is.

AVOID - Account Closed Without Reason & £4,600 Withheld

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience on Velobet. After playing fairly and completing all verification steps — including submitting ID documents and even video verification — my account was suddenly closed with no clear explanation.I had two withdrawals pending at the time:£4,000 was processed successfully£1,000 was later rejectedI also had £3,600 remaining in my account. Instead of returning the rejected £1,000 and my remaining balance, Velobet deducted everything and claimed I had breached their terms.
