.If I could give no stars I would. I have waited 3 weeks for my parcel to arrive. The driver managed to leave my parcel .He Must have been about 8 ft tall as he threw it and it landed on the upstairs door. Inside my parcel was 4 bone china cups. I now only have 2 .
Absolutely the worst delivery service by far in Ireland if not internationally. Waiting weeks for package that seems to be stuck in their warehouse. No contact number. Tried contacting by email with zero response of updates for weeks. 3rd World company that I cannot stress enough for any company to avoid and not to do business with these cowboys.

I first tried Weiss about half a year ago after friends recommended it. To be honest, the experience back then wasn't great, the site was lagging and slots sometimes took too long to load, so I stopped playing here. Yesterday I decided to give it another try, again because of friends, since most of them still play here. I'm not sure if Weiss optimized the site or if my internet just got better, but the difference is big, it runs fast now, no lags at all.
Worst experience ever, 2 weeks in row courier is not delivering the parcel marking that I’m not home without calling doorbell or on the phone 3 times called customer service waiting 1 hour in queue to arrange delivery to a parcel shop and they can’t to that
Chased the company 4 weeks for my parcel, 6 email enquiries not responded to, and numerous dropped calls to customer enquiries after several hours on the phone. The parcel is noted as delivered even though it wasn't. Eventally got through today to be told that the parcel was returned to sender. Customer service said they had no contact details for us - despite the fact that I have proof they do and got repeated "out for delivery' at my address notifications from them. Appalling service. Appalling follow up.
I topped up my account, the money was taken from my card, but the balance never appeared in my profile. I contacted support, but didn't get any response.UPD:Today support finaly replied and fixed the issue. The balance showed up, they apologized for the delay, and I didn't have to explain or prove anything. I still would want for them to take action faster, their responses are too robotic.
I was happy that I was able to do this through Zoom, for free. Booking the call was easy to do. Gabor provided wonderful insight on obtaining a project management certification and reviewed my LinkedIn profile to state which path would be better for me, CAPM or PMP. He provided additional resources and offered to be of future assistance to help me pass the exam. Highly recommend to anyone considering a PMI certification.
