I ordered something from Austria, waited over 3 weeks for my order to arrive and once I used my tracking I saw that my delivery is coming tomorrow. On 23rd I was waiting for the delivery at home, after using my tracking number again, it said "delivered", but nothing was DELIVERED. I called GLS just to be told that they will issue a claim against the driver I believe. There was no email that my package arrived/will arrive, no call from a driver or proof of delivery. What happened here, I don't know but I am pissed because I was waiting for that delivery over 3 weeks. That company only sends via GLS, but in the future, I will make sure I avoid getting something delivered via GLS.

My rep Katrina has been very helpful setting us up and it’s important that the warranty is as good as the car buying experience as it’s the back end of the business and customers need to be looked after. I also like the fact that any warranty purchased comes with a 12 month breakdown cover. 👌
