Extremely Disappointing Service - Unacceptable Delay and Poor CommunicationI am beyond frustrated with the complete lack of professionalism and communication from GLS. I shipped a package with them in the first week of December 2024, and not only has the package gone missing, but I have also had to follow up multiple times with no response.It has now been over six days since I last contacted them, and I am still waiting for any kind of update or resolution. The delay is completely unacceptable, and the fact that GLS has been unable to locate the package only leads me to assume it has been lost.What’s even more infuriating is the utter lack of customer service. I’ve received no useful communication, and it’s incredibly difficult to get any answers. This entire experience has been a complete nightmare, and I will not be using GLS again, nor would I recommend them to anyone. Absolutely appalling service all around.
