I was extremely satisfied with the performance your CS team did on my case. I received an email with a few days stating they fixed my issue & why I was having problems. I'd give three thumbs up but I only have 2 to give but I give them both enthusiastically.
On the 20th January 2025 I accompanied a family member to purchase a vehicle that he was interested in buying. After a suitable test drive with Tommy, the purchase of a brand new Yaris Cross was made. Tommy's professional approach and impeccable customer service (and of course the figures being crunched by the back room team) made this deal happen. Car to be picked up first week of March and can only highly recommend this branch and Tommy's personal service. He is a credit to his organisation & profession for sure!
I would give this no stars if I could. I ordered in the New Year and was given a delivery date of February. This date came and went and nothing. I chased, a few times. Each time I was told it would be dispatched. It wasnt. I then raised a complaint with Shopify which seemed to prompt the owner to reply to my emails and DMs. My order was dispatched in appaling bendy packing which caused the print to become bent in transit. I was also told that she would throw in 10 matchboxes for free which didnt materialise. Communication is appaling, packaging is appaling, did not pay attention to the wording requested and the print? Seemed like very little skill went into it. Purely digital. I would NEVER order from here again.
I had a test drive last month at the Enfield branch and the operative was helpful in showing me how an automatic worked and whether the car would fit in my driveway. However I was unsure whether to go ahead with a sale as I had only just begun to try out different cars. I was persuaded by this person to put a deposit down of £500 and was reassured it would be fully refunded to me once I got clear about the sale. I rang the next day and informed the operative I was not ready to go ahead with the sale and would like a refund. I was told it would take 7-10 working days. It is now 15 working days later and I have heard nothing. I sent my bank details twice. I have emailed the manager and still heard nothing. I am not happy with this customer service, and the lack of following through what was promised to me. I do not have any confidence in Jemca now because I cannot trust they are true to their word.Update - I called the manager after 21 working days and he informed me the payment had only been put through the day before. I then received my deposit back the following day.
