Horrible company to deal withWhere to start! I appreciate all companies, especially transport companies are hectic in the December period but GLS have been a shambles. Also I appreciate the Hollyhead fiasco has added lenghty lead times but my main gripe is 1) the lack of infomration available via tracking link, 2) How long it takes for an answer via mail or phone and 3) when you evnetually get a response it is the most vague useless response. When further questioned you are just ignored! Going on 20 days now and no updates at all
I am glad I found Weiss. Always change casinos but the bonuses I get here made me settle down. Lbrary of the games is impressive, but sometimes it feels like a bit too much. I often find myself scrolling for ages trying to pick the right game, and it can be overwhelming. The filters are helpful, but a more refined categorization would make it much easier for me to zero in on exactly what I’m in the mood to play.
GLS are the worst courier company in the country. My heart sinks when I get tracking information and I see the courier is GLS. If your package is due on a Friday, no it isn't, they will mark it undeliverable half way through the day and say the door wasn't answered even though you've been sat facing the road all day. I feel sorry for the poor customer service staff, they must get dogs abuse. I never have a problem with DPD, Fastway, UPS or any of the smaller firms, they all always find my address whether they use the eircode or the road address and make the delivery the day they're supposed to. Every single time apart from one GLS have marked my package undeliverable and then I have to go through days on the phone chasing it. Absolute shambles
