After calling three times to postpone my reservation because a flight cancellation each agent gave me a different solution. The best solution was to pay an hotel by myself and pay for another reservation.They are 0 customer centric and they treat their clients as sheep

Terrible company. They have my parcels since 5th September and still can't get it delivered. Have been told its in Waterford depot but impossible to find out why its not delivered. Customer services keep saying they will email update but nothing. I wouldn't buy from any company using GLS in future
