Terrible company. They have my parcels since 5th September and still can't get it delivered. Have been told its in Waterford depot but impossible to find out why its not delivered. Customer services keep saying they will email update but nothing. I wouldn't buy from any company using GLS in future
Keep in mind i have previously written a glowing review. I even fought trustpilot taking it down... so i am not a random hater. Unfortunately I have to recinde my previous praise and advise users to no longer trust or use this offerwall. I am not sure what has changed but it seems they have gone dramatically downhill. They state most tickets are resolved in 3 business days... it was more like 8 or 10 but that was not an issue. Now I have had multiple tickets open for weeks without even being picked up.The biggest issue is that since MyChips structures it's rewards where one must be completed before the next unlocks you essentially will never get a chance to complete anything of value due to their support not picking up tickets before the timeframe for task completion has expired. The wildest part is that the task in question is a complete x number of games task. Complete 5 tracked... complete 100 tracked.... but not any of the ones in between. You'd think the site would have a built in automatic fix for this. I wish I could love you again MyChips. You broke my heart. You can only do a game once. When a provider can't support their offers to this level... where you lose the ability to attempt tasks you can never complete again. It's disappointing. Reference ticket number: #54404#52779
