The worst customer service ever.I have an ordered a bag and I recieved different color than the description.I tried to return it but I can't reach anyone.With the email they answered the first time directly and asked me to call them to get the return label.No one answers me ,in the website my order shows that I haven't received it since month ago.I contacted the same email again and no one answers .It hp but unfortunately they are dealing like scammers.
For 11 days "parcel is expected to be delivered during the day". Numerous attempts to contact and lies that parcel will be delivered next day. Sender contacted them several times, every time providing address and phone number. He was fed the same lies that parcel will be delivered next day. After 11 days the status changed to "further address information is needed". When I called the employee said the parcel (from EU) was sent to customs and gave me a number. The number was a generic one and I was bounced from department to department. Of course they did not have my parcel. I called GLS again, somebody else picked up and parcel suddenly was not in customs but "the phone number was missing". The phone that was several times provided to them.

A very very bad and scamming company. Avoid at any costs!!They're upselling insurrances at extremely high costs (€330) even though you already have one they keep pushing for this. Creditcard will be rejected and you will be forced to accept the inssurrance. After 2 days because of a flat tire they took our car away (instead of replacing the tire with a new one?) We haven't received any replacement car afterwards. We've been calling for days during our holiday with no reponse at all.Also when hiring a childseat, it's your own responsibility and nothing will be set up when you're picking up your car. So don't expect any service at all.They offered to pay for a taxi (€225) back to the airport, but we haven't seen any compensation. We filed for a claim afterwards because there isn't any way possible during the time of the rental agreement, but with a simple "rejection" notice they're not willing to compensate in any way after taking our car away.If you want to enjoy your holiday relax and peacefully, please avoid this horrible company! ❌

Creating a new separate bedroom and office out of what was one room.That was the challenge the agent was asked to advise on. His layout measurements were spot on and the subsequent resolution that separated the two sides with a wall of wardrobes with 4 beautiful sliding doors. On the other side was an office with one bookcase and the remainder, a satisfying wood- panelled wall. It was all fitted within 2 days by a contracted fitter who made the final adjustments perfectly.An excellent solution for our now two rooms with which we are entirely pleased in both style and finish.We happily recommend Sliderobes for the creation of a very adequate and pleasing, attractive piece of furniture that meets our need in both rooms.
