Gabor is a gem of a person. His analysis, strategies, thought process wrt Proj. Mgmt. is simply bang on. His posts on Linkedin are also a true reflection of his PM knowledge.I would say in a phrase "Magician of project management".
I've been waiting for a package that was shipped 15 days ago. It’s been 10 days since it arrived in the city, and after that, there have been no updates. If I had walked to pick up the product myself, I would already have it in hand, yet this company can’t even do the bare minimum.It’s pointless to send emails or call them—their customer service is basically nonexistent, and when you do manage to get through, they just ask for more time (in my case, they asked for another 2 weeks) — 2 weeks to deliver a product that is supposedly already in the city, which is absurd (clearly a lie).Both the supplier and I believe the product was stolen internally at GLS. The supplier is sending a replacement, but again through GLS. I really hope at least the second package gets delivered...

I've only had good experiences with mychips, except for one time, And that was quickly resolved. Every other time I've used mychips I've had no issues with the tracking, As it has started working instantly every time. Maybe im just Lucky? 🤔. Completed steps are also always registered and rewarded insanely fast, Like a minute or two at most. But usually even faster. (Basically within seconds) The one time I did have an issue with a reward not triggering, After contacting support and providing a very reasonable amount of evidence, I was able to get it credited in less than 48 hours. Wich quite frankly is a massive W. As most offerwall's supports are not great to put it mildly. Regarding the amount of offers available and the reward amounts, That is definitely something you can have opinions about. It is quite inconsistent regarding the rewards for the hours/dollars spent, But this is hardly unique to mychips. And so just like with any other offerwall, it has its share of craptastic offers. But also some very good ones in there aswell. With all of that said, Since mychips pretty much always works faultlessly and as advertised, ON TOP having a functional support that doesn't take a week to respond and then ghost you? That's enough for me to give it 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The worst customer service ever.I have an ordered a bag and I recieved different color than the description.I tried to return it but I can't reach anyone.With the email they answered the first time directly and asked me to call them to get the return label.No one answers me ,in the website my order shows that I haven't received it since month ago.I contacted the same email again and no one answers .It hp but unfortunately they are dealing like scammers.
Really wish I read the reviews. Had our wardrobes installed in October, countless issues since. Sliderobes was only helpful when we hadn’t made the final payment. Most issues we just let go (we’ve had wonky drawers since October), and we’ve learnt how to be very sensitive with the doors (how are these installed in children’s rooms?!) but it’s all quite ridiculous considering you’re paying close to £10k for a wardrobe. Our last issue we couldn’t even speak to anyone. And we couldn’t access 1/4 of our clothes! We have the same issue now a few months later so I’m posting this as 1. another line of communication 2. as a warning to others considering using this company
