It wasn't thrown over a wall, or dumped on the road, or left at the wrong address. It was left safely by the door by the driver who probably did knock, but I was on the phone. Absolutely useless, it's a scam if anything. They won't tell you what's covered and what's not. The "AA" Approved garage has had our car for over a week now due to the lack of communication. AA had a diagnosis within 24hrs of the car being in the garage. The garage then quoted for the part and labour and because AA found the part the garage was quoting "cheaper online" they are only willing to cover the amount that they found the part for. AA won't pay for any of the labour cost or diagnosis. If your going to get a warranty on your vehicle don't bother with these muppets.

Was looking to purchase a hybrid corolla from Jemca in Reading, for some reason - I opted to look at the Google reviews for this dealership before proceeding, was deeply disappointed to note some of the customers' experiences, I decided to look at the Bracknell dealership instead - I was definitely out of the frying pan into the fire as the Google reviews for Bracknell were at another level of unfit for purpose examples. I will look at another brand instead of Toyota (or move house if I proceed with the purchase of Toyota so I am no longer in the Jemca catchment area). If this was my business, I would have sacked all management team members in both sites.
went with GLS instead of DPD, however looks like they will not be our choice going forward as well. times of delivery are nowhere near 2 to 3 working days. Dropped our parcels to the pick up point and it is almost a week and they haven't been picked up yet. Rang them twice already and we were told the driver would get there. We will wait another day and will be requesting a refund if not picked up. Unreliable service for sure.
Update. Not only worked through and find a solution to problem. This is by far the easiest experience ive ever had when trying to attempt communicating with ANY offerwall. Had they not been able to refund ticket, i feel like they wouldve actually offered an explanation. 5 stars amd hopefully they can keep the same energy dealing with customer service for years to come
