Review Time
I purchased a AA warranty over 2 years ago and had never made a claim.i took out the best policy, I could have bought cheaper elsewhere, but I trusted a name like AA. It cost me nearly £1100.so a week back I noticed the engine had lost a large amount of oil.had it recovered to a local AA approved garage.the vehicle has nearly 50,000 miles less than average miles. A full service history. Everything as it should be. I was told the repair claim would be rejected. On the basis there was a ( worn) washer in the engine. NOBODY replaces washers on the engine. So on that basis anything to do with engine losing oil etc would be rejected. Have no peace of mind now.they had the cheek to send me an email explaining how good there warranty is,and would I like to buy ! . Even though I already had.DO not trust this warranty. they try everything to wriggle out of paying. This is not the way to treat a customer

This is a terrible carrier that delivered our parcel not to our international warehouse, at the specified address, but to some of its post offices, which is why we cannot receive our parcel. They ignore all our letters and do nothing. We do not recommend this carrier at all. Terrible service
The most horrifying experience I had with any customer support on a laptop that fundamental for my work. Laptop within premium warranty lost during transport! Data lost, upgrades lost, 3 months with dozens of calls with innumerous transfers to multiple departments. Lots of promises of resolving with nothing being done. At this point I got to talk to and know half of the HP Customer support office for laptops getting operators that already know me and my case. No Callbacks as promised were ever done. The case was escalated finally to Customer Relations when I threatened to sue (only option left), and that is the only moment I got any support.They denied the possibility to refund my laptop as they said an investigation with UPS gives out that I refused the collection of the laptop from UPS, and that is simply NOT TRUE!! The UPS collector came without the box (claimed he forgot) and that he would take the laptop and put it in the box when getting to the UPS center. Next day another UPS driver comes to collect the laptop, I inform them a colleague came the day before and he leaves.Result, I remain without a laptop, UPS denies accountability, HP which contracted UPS for the handling of the transportation of the laptop denies responsability, and the customer is left empty-handed and forced to talk daily with the most inefficient customer support I have ever experienced without a guarantee of THEIR UNIT!!!HP NEVER AGAIN... PERIOD.
