If you are looking for ways to come out of your blocked life, she sure guides you in the right way. When people around me was giving words of wisdom which was nowhere helping me, she paved a path in front of me, which I have to walk to make my life more easier happier and abundant. Absolutely love her sessions. Will recommend her for everyone looking for healing and moving forward in their life
Anfangs dachte ich mir immer, ein Coaching, was für ein Quatsch, dass ist Zeit- & Geldverschwendung. Auch nach dem ersten Telefonat, wo Dennis wirklich professionell alles bis ins kleinste Detail erklärt hatte, war ich noch etwas skeptisch. Ich habe dann einige Nächte darüber geschlafen und viel überlegt. Dann habe ich mich für ein Coaching mit Dennis entschieden, wer nicht wagt, der nicht gewinnt 💁🏽♀️Ich war nie der Typ für ein Fitnessstudio, ich war angemeldet und war nie da, weil meine Motivation dahinzufahren eher gering war. Ich wollte Übungen für zuhause und Dennis machte mir alles möglich, er passte jede einzelne Übung auf mich und meine Begebenheiten an. Auch der Ernährungsplan ist exakt auf mich abgestimmt. Ich habe ihm jedes einzelne Lebensmittel genannt, welches ich nicht mag (und glaubt mir, dass ist so einiges 😅). Aber Dennis hat alles beachtet und die Rezepte sind wirklich easy und schmecken echt gut. Viele denken immer, Ernährungspläne heißen Verzicht. Aber das ist die falsche Denkweise!! Dennis hat mir genau das klar gemacht. Seitdem fühle ich mich besser, wirklich besser. Ich hatte jahrelang mit einem Blähbauch zu kämpfen, weil ich das „falsche“ gegessen habe, z.B. Süßigkeiten im Überfluss. Der Blähbauch ist weg und meine Energie für den Tag viel höher, weil man anders isst.Jetzt kommt der Punkt, wo viele Menschen immer wieder meckern: „Das ist mir viel zu teuer!“ -> Aber was ist teuer? Ein personalisiertes Coaching hat so viel Mehrwert zu einem Fitnessstudio, wo es ehrlich gesagt oftmals die Trainer nicht wirklich interessiert, was man da tut. Für so ein Coaching und für so einen Coach wie Dennis, der alles bis aufs kleinste Detail an einen persönlich anpasst, damit es einem gesundheitlich, körperlich und psychisch besser geht, ist mir jedes Geld der Welt wert. Danke Dennis, du machst einen tollen Job 💙
I have purchased my cars from Jemca Reading for around 20 + years, second hand to begin with and new for over 16 years. I have also purchased an extended warranty and a service plan at the same time with them. The sales team have been very professional and helpful. They have always made me feel like a valued customer and, being a female, Ihave always felt very comfortable in dealing with the team.Unfortunately, post Covid, I felt let down by the service department. For two years, despite having the service plan, I ended up paying a local garage for the service and MOT as I was not informed in sufficient time that the MOT was due. Whilst I should have known about the renewal, surely part of the service, as was in the past, would have included a call in sufficient time or an email to the right email address. Furthermore, in previous years the Reading service department picked my car up from work (24.9 miles from their offices) and dropped it back when done. I had started a new role and taking time off was proving to be difficult. I requested they pick my car up from the new job which was less than 24.9 miles. Initially the service department informed me that they could not do this as I was further away. However, when I proved to them that I was not, I was informed that they could not pick up my car - change in policy. Why not say this in the first place? Despite reminding them that I had been a customer for 20+ years and was looking to purchase a new car shortly, the service department were unhelpful. Hence, I ended up paying a local garage for the service due.Disheartened by the total lack of honest, professional service, I requested a refund refund on the outstanding service plan. Shockingly, the providers thought that two outstanding services and MOTs were only worth a £138!I would have thought that loyalty would have counted for something. However, I am obviously sadly mistaken.Selling cars may be a priority for the company but surely they need to think about after care as well. By the way this incidence took place in April 23. I have dated it Feb 24 when a second lot of conversation took place with Toyota Jemca Reading Service Department.
From the start we were shown round their range of wardrobes carefully. Then Alex viewed the small bedroom where we wanted a fitted wardrobe and discussed with us our requirements. Very helpful. Carl, the fitter, was absolutely brilliant and meticulous. We couldn’t have got a better service.
I have started my healing journey with nandita ma'am two weeks ago . I have been suffering from anxiety ,depression, loneliness ,inner child trauma. Because she understands the pain and uncertainty of her students and helps them and supports them to take one step at a time towards healing without rushing the process. She never intimidates her students. She always has this kind empathetic smile on her face which encourages us to proceed with our healing journey. Even at times we tend to stumble or stagger Nandita ma'am is always there with a watchful eyes to guard us like a guardian angel. Her lessons helped me to control my wavering mind and also reduce the traffic of my mental buzzing. After a long time I feel that I can do something and I feel that I deserve a good life just because of Nandita ma'am's positive approach. Thank you ma'am for helping me. I'm a bedridden patient of twenty long years. Years of isolation and loneliness has made me incapable of reaching out for help. Even though I knew I need help I couldn't bring myself to ask for help in effective language. Here Nandita ma'am came as a life saver for me through her three day workshop for women I started understanding the intricacies of my mindset. Ma'am's three day workshop helped me in wondrous ways to understand myself. Her inner child healing session helped me a lot with healing my inner child trauma which remained suppressed for years Thank you Nandita ma'am for your expertise guidance and compassionate approach.I am truly amazed by the depth of insight and wisdom you bring to our sessions, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have you as my mentor and guide on this journey towards healing and self-discovery.
