Review Time
Will not be shopping with any online store that only offers GLS. On second attempt driver gave 6 hour delivery window. Somehow between three housemates who all work from home the delivery was still missed (which isn't the drivers fault obviously) because maybe someone went to the toilet at an inopportune time or something else mundane. GLS now expect me to make my way to a very inconveniently located depot and are offering no other options. Not even delivery to a "parcelshop" drop off point. At least with An Post the depos are reasonably located and parcel motel used to be willing to drop off to a nearby parcel motel if they missed you. Customer service was also very condescending.

Both of whom were polite and courteous.Overall an outstanding if not miraculous encounter with couriers, given my recent experience with the root vegetables at Caulfields.10 out of 10 GLS
