Review Time
The worst delivery company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with! My delivery was supposed to be on 25th Feb 2026. I rescheduled the delivery for 26th. Package never showed. Contacted them Friday 27th by phone. Call handler said he would instruct the driver to come back as they had two deliveries in that area, may have gone to wrong address. Again no show. Rang a further four times and also emailed them via their online contact form. Yep u guessed it, no response. No surprise tbh. Contacted them again on Saturday morning, bingo an answer! Guy sounded like he was driving, said, when I get back to office I’ll look into it for you and call u back this afternoon. Again, did not contact me. Can u see a pattern here?
Later that morning I received a hand written letter from Scarborough hospital of all places.
It reads, “There is a package for u (mis-delivered) at Scarborough hospital in our post room! I have tried to contact APC four times. They have still not collected the package!” Off I went this morning to collect the package on foot, with absolutely no help from APC-Overnight. On the other hand, a big thank you to the guys in the postal room at Scarborough hospital. Just goes to show APC tell blatant lies and simply do not care! Avoid this company if at all possible.
My response to your reply… it’s not the fact it was delivered to wrong address that’s so terrible. Mistakes happen, we’re only human. It’s what we do to put things right. Your depot that deals with the Scarborough area did absolutely nothing to help me out. They also told a pack of lies to avoid any further contact to rectify their mis-delivery. You know what u need to do!
Arrived on time as expected time given; put the large box inside our hall without asking which was really helpful as I can't lift anything heavy. Great service thank you
From memory I think this is the first time this company have delivered to my address. I receieved regular updates during the delivery process with a two hour delivery window on the day which I found useful. As expected the delivery was well within the two hour window.

Disappointed that I could not redirect to a local Parcelly point and had to change my plans, to be at home.
No chance to choose a secure drop of point at my home( shed)either.

APC kept me informed from recieving my parcel and when it would be delivered, it arrived on the time given and handed to me without any damage or hurry. The driver enquired if I wasn't at home, which neighbour might they leave it with, assuring a card with the location would be posted through our door
As usual with this carrier the packages were left at the WRONG ADDRESS! Left out in heavy rain rather than in our porch, boxes now soaking wet!
No effort made to ensure it was the correct address.
Rude obnoxious delivery driver . Knocked loudly and abruptly when door bell was in place . When asked whether uses door bell says he never does . Our doorbell is connected to lights internally rather than sound so as to not distress elderly relative with needs . His attitude stank . Further training needed for staff as not all doorbells are audible ones for a reason
Really fast delivery but not impressed as the courier left the package under somebody's car window wiper blade outside the building! This was an age checked item and supposed to show your id not left outside for anyone to take.
It was the first time having a delivery from this company. Was kept up to date with everything,was delivered on time,the driver was very polite. Would use again and recommend.
