I canceled my account on 6/25/2025 and I am STILL waiting for my refund to be sent in the mail. I was told it was sent out in September and it is now FEBRUARY 2026! Considering I was cheated out of $200 please send my $340.

One star is too generous.

I can only give one star because there's no option for a negative rating. I was attempting to obtain a business invoice to process a payment, but it was an impossible task, even after providing my account details. The responses were repetitive and unhelpful, failing to assist me in retrieving the invoices and restoring the service. This has been the worst experience I've ever had!

The most frustrating experience I've ever encountered.

This is the most frustrating experience I have ever encountered with a service. The employees seem incompetent and uninterested, often speaking in circles, which can be exasperating. I strongly recommend avoiding this service, as I have witnessed multiple reimbursement requests denied after being assured they would be approved. When I inquired about the reasons for denial, no one could provide clarity. They suggested resubmitting the claims, only for them to be denied again. This has been a complete waste of time and energy.

This is an unacceptable excuse for a company I have ever dealt with. The employees are the most incompetent and uninterested individuals who will talk in circles until you feel like tearing your hair out. Avoid this company at all costs, as you will see reimbursement after reimbursement denied, despite being told it would go through. When it's not approved, no one has any insight into the reasons. They will just instruct you to resubmit, leading to further denials. This experience is a complete waste of time and energy, akin to a nightmare.

Customer service requires improvement

Their customer service leaves much to be desired. I mistakenly selected an option I didn't want. To rectify it, I had to fill out a form. I submitted it on 11/25, but no one followed up, and the issue remained unresolved. With surgery approaching, I needed assurance about my insurance, so I called multiple times before someone finally answered today. They informed me my insurance was on hold due to the form I submitted. I explained that I had sent the cancellation request, but they claimed it went to the wrong email. I had even reached out again for a response, emphasizing the urgency. It's shocking that no one bothered to redirect my message or respond. They mentioned it would take about a week to resolve everything, which is concerning given my upcoming surgery.

Poor customer relations

Excessive fees and terrible customer service make it better to simply use a traditional credit card with limits at gas stations for points and lower fees. Changing addresses, setting up auto-pay, and canceling subscriptions is unnecessarily complicated. Consider this a warning.

Issues with COBRA health insurance payments

My COBRA health insurance payment failed without any notification (I checked my inbox). They canceled my insurance with absolutely no communication... the only updates come through the online portal in PDF documents. I was unknowingly without insurance for nearly two months. They have no functional auto-pay system nor do they reach out to inform you. It feels like they want you to fail. If an emergency had occurred, it would have been disastrous.

Problems with fuel card deposits

I held fuel cards and was required to deposit £2,000 as collateral while I established a credit rating. After a month, I canceled my account upon finding a provider without such a requirement, but they were reluctant to return my deposit. I was told it would be refunded within three weeks of closure, yet here I am five weeks later still being told it will be released in three weeks. This company is a joke.

Disappointing service

Initially, the service was great. However, in 2025, they began denying every claim with absurd excuses. I have $5,000 in healthcare reimbursements that I can't retrieve because they keep rejecting every receipt I submit. This company provides a worthless service. Now, they won't even allow me to log in to submit my receipts, insisting I change my username and password but rejecting every attempt that meets their criteria.

My experience with this company has been frustrating. I received a letter on September 14, dated September 8, informing me that my health insurance expired on August 31. This was not helpful at all.
