Issue in transit / packaging?

My parcel was delivered in good time but the product was slightly damaged causing a leak of liquid in the package. I do not know if the cause was in transit or in packaging. The delivery driver did warn me of the issue as ink was being transferred from the package due to the leak, so he was helpful in that respect.
