Despite leaving instructions to leave my parcel next door in case I wasn't in, it was still left on my doorstep!

Excellent service

I had been told to expect delivery on April 1st and sure enough, it was here early morning. The driver greeted me with a lovely smile, wishing me a good morning. I said I was very pleased to receive my Easter lamb promptly and he said he hoped I enjoyed it.It was so unusual to be greeted in such a pleasant manner by a driver who had the time to be civil and courteous that I awarded the company five stars.

Same as usual with this carrier. I was notified the night before that there was an overnight delivery, with no arrival time slot given. My parcel arrived at about 10 am the next day. Fortunately, someone was here to receive it.
