Review Time
I was told my item was delayed then the next day i was told it would arrive between 1-3pm, i waited and nothing came, then i got message it had been delivered but no one was home,(i was home) now i see a message that it was delivered. This is stressful for me, frustrating and annoying. I didnt find it easy to contact them but after my trustpilot review they responded quickly and i have now booked my delivery for tue 7th april. Fingers crossed.
I was at home expecting the delivery and driver did not ring bell or knock my door. Proof of delivery shows the front of my home taken from the van and doesn’t show the actual package, however it was left on my front doorstep. Not the service I usually receive from delivery drivers.
