Palmsbet! Easy to take money off if you're remotely sharp, but the withdrawal process is painfully slow and difficult. Stake limiting for me came after about a few days, and full restriction of any bets came after a week.Of course when the deposit is made they don't care about verification, but when trying to withdraw it is ever so important...One of the most ridiculous and time consuming processes I have ever experienced from a sportsbook. They even asked me to take documents from the ministry (at my own expense) when I had already proved my residency multiple times. They also asked for selfies of me posing with various documents, and even simply a piece of paper with the date written on it.If you are experiencing problems with them, I suggest persistence, and writing an email to their parent company Telematic Interactive Bulgaria with polite threats to make an official complaint to the state commission on gambling. For me that quickly stopped them with the automated emails and initiated a productive response.
After I’ve made deposit of 1000 Euro my account has been blocked, because I haven’t verified the account. It looks like they need 48 hours before they verify the documents, because I had to do it via email, on the platform you can’t upload the documents at some point, so I end up with blocked funds for 48 hours. When I called the support to make a complaint the girl was rude and told me that I will have to wait and shut the phone on my face.

Scamm.What Palmsbet do ,if samehow you make a win ,when you try to withdraw the money ,they cancel it and especially if the amount is bigger .Then they will tell that the problem is your bank ,your bank is the one who cancel the transaction.But when I contact the bank just find out that’s not true ,they never transfer anything.They return the amount to your casino account and wait for you to spend it.Very smart.But because the regulation of this business in Bulgaria is so low,corruption all over.You can’t do anything about it.
Spent over than 100 000 BGN. Mid/high stake 20/30-100/200.Maximum winning pay from slots it’s not more than 1000BGN AFTER ALL THIS MONEY. Absolute scam.
