My first and last experience with this service!

This is my first and last time ordering from this service! I chose to buy due to the generally positive reviews, but I didn’t realize they would use an unreliable delivery company. They only sent me two emails: one confirming the order and another saying it was dispatched. The delivery process was frustrating, and I had to request it be sent to a store far away because they failed to deliver on the promised day. I had to send someone to pick it up, and the store staff asked for a QR code that was never provided. Fortunately, the staff member was kind enough to help, but overall, I’m baffled by the reputations of both this service and the delivery company. I will steer clear of both in the future and recommend others do the same unless they are okay with a difficult delivery experience.

My first and last experience with this service! I chose to order here because of the good reviews, but I wasn’t aware they would use a delivery company known for its issues. They only sent me two emails: one confirming the order and another stating it was dispatched. The delivery was a hassle, and I had to redirect it to a distant store after they failed to deliver as promised. I had someone collect it for me, but the store staff required a QR code that I never received. Thankfully, the staff member was helpful, but overall, I’m confused about the reputation of both this service and the delivery provider. I will avoid both in the future and suggest others do the same unless they are okay with a challenging delivery process.
