I genuinely love Apex. They’ve been super reliable for me, the website is easy to use, and everything feels smooth. Payouts are quick and go straight to direct deposit, which I LOVE. The only thing I’d want is the option to trade GC again. Other than that, I’ve had such a great experience and I’m really happy with them.
When contacting support, always answered my questions in a timely manner. Everything is self-explanatory and in detail. Security is very important for Apex, which makes it even safer for traders.
I appreciate the opportunity Apex has given me to learn and get better at futures trading! I have really struggled with emotional trading, but the rules have helped improve my discipline!
this company can go to hell i did trade with them before and i cant help i blew my funded accounts i had to go back in training with a new strategy and mentor i blew them in December they sent me a email about i cannot get no more evals as they was monitoring me for a live account i blew the accounts unfortunately because my strategy was not good long term so i blew all my accounts and was no longer allowed to buy evals i emailed them over and over with no response from them so i started a new account under a business which they state you can have a personal and a business to trade on so two separate entity's i recently bought some new evals and paid for 5 PA accounts which cost me around $800 in total with the evals and they let me pay for everything and then stole my money and shut down my accounts the next day .. they do not care about traders they only want you to fail so they can make money im disputing this now screw this company they was good at first years ago but they lost all respect better prop firms is out there so they will go down hill eventually piece of shit people !
This company is a scam. Stick with one of the other trustworthy prop firms. Website tells you when you’ve broken a rule or not. Said I had broken 0 rules. Said I was eligible for a payout. I requested a payout and they claimed I broke a rule my 2nd day despite their dashboard saying no rules were broken. So I trade another 8 days. I’m $400 away from the next threshold to request a payout and they removed almost a grand out of my account and said that’s removed because it’s what I made the day I “broke a rule” waited almost a month to remove that money. Company will find any way not to pay out traders.
To be honest with Apex, it can work for some. I do not recommend them if you're trading using Algos, AI, hands of, or any other automated trading strategies. It's a shame really because majority of people who cannot trade during the day are mostly affected. On a positive note, they are the most affordable prop firms out here. If you're looking into automation, this is not the prop firm for you.
I have had a good experience with Apex but the only thing is the support they take forever to answer. I submitted a ticket more than a week ago and I haven't received any response. I would like to get a faster support service
Ye be perfectly honest there isn’t anything inherently wrong with apex trader fund there are just a few things for example when you are signing up to a new account there is a box to tick which says tick if you don’t want to use a discount code… after typing in a discount code what sort of person doesn’t want to use it? The fact they have so many seemingly silly rules. And finally that when you fail an eval they still continue to charge you for it? Yes the company I am sure is fine however with so many competitors I am not sure I would want to support a company when they almost try to trick you out of money. Which I can only concluded is to increase their turnover, and if they are so strapped for cash that they have more rules than any other prop firm and also have these three points I have mentioned above as well as potentially others, should they be trusted to honour you getting your payouts?
APEX teach me how to be a better trader day after day because of his rules, for me it mean that to be efficient, I need to have rules and respect them. I take that like a coach, the best ever !
