I have been using AP Fencing for 20 years plus.All my fencing plus my immediate neighbours have also used the firm due to my recommendation.I was a little disappointed today with their delivery driver.I phoned on Monday with my order to be delivered today(Wednesday).It was delivered and throw onto my lawn cracking one of the panels.the driver rang my doorbell and got back into his van by the time I came to the door.I am 78 and asked the driver if he could give me a hand to put the panels into my garage 5 yards away,he shrugged his shoulders and drove off.I phone AP Fencing about the cracked panel,apologised and sent a new panel within 2 hours.The new driver-"Stan" repeated the apology helped me with the fence panels and said if i needed help with putting the panels into place he would do that and take away the old panels.My faith in AP drivers has been restored but they need to look closely at the attitude of the first driver.Thank you Viv Ball

From Richard in Office, to Tony & his colleague installing, an excellent experience. I had a supply & install of garden fencing job. It was done yesterday, a full run of side garden to my Koi pond was replaced (concrete posts, gravel boards etc) and replacement tanalised F.E. Boards to the run fronting the main road too, along with replacing 3 boards in the back garden.All work was professional & tidy, no damage to plants, trees or neighbours, followed by a full clean up & removal of rubbish on departure. Looks great, I certainly recommend A&P and could not be more pleased, and all done in under 1 day.
Amazing service from Richard at the Garretts Green office. Our fence panels were delivered within 24 hours and he responded promptly to all emails. Shep the delivery driver was also really friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recomend this company.
