They sell turf builder in yellow bags with a giant picture of st. augustine grass on the front. At the bottom, back part of the bag it says, "don't use on st. augustine" in extremely fine print. Ruined my yard. Will never use their products again.

The “No-quibble Money Back Guarantee” is phony. I bought two bags of MossEX on Amazon. I applied it as directed using the heavy rate to make sure the moss was killed. Waited 4 weeks, moss was still green, 6 weeks still green, 8 weeks still green and growing stronger than ever. It did not work. I went to your web site and went thru your money back AI Chat and entered all the information and attached the sales receipt (case # 57624993”). I was told that you would email a response, after a week, and no email I called tried again asked for a rep on the chat, and was told that it had been rejected because at Amazon it was filled by a “non authorized Vendor” The guarantee is for the product not the vendor. What happened to the “No Quibble Money Back Guarantee”? IT IS PHONY

SCOTTS IS DEAD TO ME FOREVER

After buying bags and bags of grass seed I swore off Scott's. Well stupid me bought 6 bags of black mulch because it's "the best". After two weeks the black mulch is brown. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER SCOTTS PRODUCT AS LONG AS I LIVE. OVER PRICED AND VERY POOR QUALITY. IT'S A SCAM.

Just frustrated and disappointed

Just frustrated and disappointed. Ivebeen using Scott's for about 40 years, professionally and personally. Recent years just realized how Scott's has changed dramatically. Extreme rise in cost and smaller coverage in each size bag. The real disappointment is that you're paying more money for less coverage and the product you get is crap. Last three times I bought the product, it was unusable because of being contaminated with moisture. Couldn't return. Next time I'll buy Lesco.

What a waste of time and money

What a waste of time and money. This seed did not even germinate and I adhered to the instructions strictly. Went to Woolworths and purchased Brunnings grass seed A 3rd of the price and germinated in 5 days.This is the second time I have purchased Scott grass seed with same negative result, only gave it another try because thought I may have done something incorrect, not so, because the Brunnings has no problem. learnt my lesson.

One star is too many!!

One star is too many. I have never written a bad review, but I had to speak up for this wrong doing. I had a BEAUTIFUL lawn in my front yard and backyard for 30 years until I used the Scotts Turf Builder “weed and feed”.It COMPLETELY DIED because of it!!Just so frustrating and discouraging when I take such pride in my lawn and yard! I had it professionally aerated and seeded with topsoil two months after it died from the Scott’s Turf Builder “weed and feed”, but nothing came up. It was still Poisoned from the Scott’s weed and feed. I have had no lawn now for four months. Do not buy this terrible product!!

Finally broke down and bought some…

Finally broke down and bought some black mulch for the first time ever! And I sure was surprised, so I was potting strawberries plants and used the Scotts mulch on top of course, And within a dozen handfuls, I already discovered or pulled TWO pieces of plastic out!!!! What a bummer!!!! What else could be hiding inside? Very disappointed, I don't want to eat or consume plastic residues for years to come!!!!! First and last buy!!!!!!!!!!!
