My fabric samples arrived quickly, and my questions about the 30-day trial were answered promptly and thoroughly, giving me the confidence to order online without seeing the sofa. I ordered the corner sofa and was given a 6-week lead time, though it arrived a bit earlier. The couriers scheduled a delivery slot within two days of notifying me that the sofa was ready. Living in London and working from home allowed for good availability. I received a three-hour time slot the day before, and they arrived right on time. They quickly assembled the sofa and took all the packaging with them. The sofa is beautiful, both in design and fabric, and very comfy. While some reviews mentioned it being on the firm side, I agree but find it just right for my preference. I don’t like overly soft sofas. It hasn't been used for overnight guests yet, but I tested the mechanism, which is easy and smooth. There’s plenty of space underneath for a double duvet and pillows. I’m confident it will provide a good night's sleep, and I’ll update my review after it’s been used.

I love my Burnt Orange Oscar sofa bed—such a fantastic color! It’s also a really comfortable sofa. I love everything about it: the color, the quality, the appearance, and the size. It’s so comfy that we often find ourselves napping on it. Even my usually grumpy teenage daughter thinks it’s the best sofa she’s ever been on. With four of us (including two teenagers), we can all sit comfortably together, even our large dog tries to squeeze in. We got the Corner sofa in Midnight Ivy and have had it for almost a month now. I can't recommend this service enough. Additionally, the delivery was arranged for before Christmas, a busy time of year. I was anxious, as the only delivery option was a two-day slot, with the possibility of delivery on a Saturday when we would be away. The delivery team went above and beyond, bringing our sofa on Friday morning to ensure we had it for Christmas! They even assembled it for us, removed their shoes, and placed blankets on our new floor to prevent damage. The process was smooth, easy, and quick. Thank you so much!

The delivery service was wonderful; the team called to set up a delivery date, removed their shoes upon arrival, and assembled the sofa quickly and efficiently. It was worth the wait and the money, so I strongly suggest you go ahead with whatever sofa you’re considering!
