I’ve been using this company for a few years and have always had a good experience. On my latest booking, I forgot to activate my company email address, so I couldn’t access my booking for tomorrow. I called customer service, and Gracie was extremely kind, polite, and professional. She quickly understood the issue and resolved it straight away. Excellent customer service — highly recommended

Great experience before my Glasgow trip

I had to travel to Glasgow for work and chose to stay at a nearby airport the night before my flight. The train schedules didn't align, so I decided to drive to the airport, spend the night, and be ready for my early morning flight. After researching various hotels and parking options, I found many to be expensive until I discovered a service offering 'parking/hotel packages.' I found a package that suited my needs for just over £100, which included a stay at a hotel and Zone 2 parking. The directions provided to Zone 2 were excellent, the site manager was friendly and helpful, and there were plenty of available spaces. I waited no more than 5 minutes for the shuttle bus, which took me to Departures in a quick 5-minute ride. When I returned the next afternoon, the bus was right outside Arrivals and took me directly back to my parking area. Overall, it was a highly efficient experience. Tip: Use What3words to remember your parking location; it will make retrieval much easier.

Car damage and no accountability

Staff caused damage to my vehicle, costing me hundreds in repairs right before the holiday season. They denied any responsibility because I didn’t check the car immediately upon pickup when it was dark. I will not use this kind of service again and will be leaving negative reviews and sharing photos wherever possible.

This service is misleading

I booked a hotel and park and ride package at a major airport. Upon arrival at the hotel, the room was confirmed, but there was no parking arranged. The hotel offered to waive the parking charge, but I later received a parking fine. When I used the park and ride service, I followed the instructions and obtained a ticket, but it had no pre-paid value upon exit, forcing me to pay for parking. I've been trying to get my money back for both the parking charges and the fine, but the service claims they are just agents and will assist with the issue. However, I never hear from them again, nor can I reach anyone for help. I strongly advise avoiding this service.

I reached out to the service through their cancelation process and received a full refund back to my original payment method within 24 hours. I appreciate their prompt and hassle-free service during such a challenging time.

Outstanding service all around

The service was exceptional, easy to book, and straightforward for drop-off and collection. I was very impressed. The only downside was the car park entry charge of £7.50, which was expected, but exiting the car park cost £14. I would definitely use this service again.

Impressed by the affordable rates

I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable rate for short-stay parking for two weeks at a major airport. It was incredibly convenient to walk across the street to retrieve our car after returning from vacation. Everything went smoothly, from the welcoming message at the entrance barrier to the barrier lifting again as we approached on exit. A seamless experience.

Vehicle damage experienced

I booked with a service that came highly recommended, but unfortunately, I can't recommend them to anyone else. The process was straightforward, and the staff were friendly and polite. However, just five minutes after collecting my vehicle, I noticed significant damage to the windscreen that had occurred while it was on site. I had checked the car when dropping it off, so the damage was easy to spot. I'm really disappointed!
