Most pathetic service ever, we were with bell and bell sold service to API. They never answer phonecall. So we thought let alarm go off atleast they will reach us. The guy called over security panel asked our password even though we gave right password he said it's wrong and hang on us🤬
First off all it was right password but in any emergency or breaking situation shouldn't they have taken an action? If they think it's wrong password????? Where is the safety and security we are paying for???
It's hell to reach out to customer service every thing is stupid Ai recordings and answers. Our security cameras stopped working from last two days. What we suppose to do???
We will be cancelling the service if they don't do anything blocking payments if they don't cancel..

What is happening with the work that needs to be done at our house. I have been ghosted. This problem is from October. Last conversation I had after weeks of chasing was they will arrange for someone to come to our house again. That was weeks ago.

I’m been trying to contact them for 2 months to revisit my service billing. Multiple phones calls and emails and unable to speak to anyone. Terrible service, and unfortunate part is that before this experience, I was open to maintaining my service. Now, not a chance.

I added extra cameras to my system, but nothing functions properly, and the recorder I purchased is already malfunctioning after just four months. After countless emails, calls, and voicemails, they have gone silent again. This company should be avoided entirely; the customer service is the absolute worst I have ever encountered. I'm left with multiple cameras that I can't connect to their system, and a non-functional recorder, all while receiving nothing but absurd lies and excuses from them. The pricing was decent with my previous provider, but now it feels like a terrible joke. I will be canceling my service with this unreliable company, incurring a significant loss after only a few months, and moving on. It’s baffling how a security company can be this unreliable. We’re not just talking about purchasing trivial items; this is about the safety of your home or business, which should always be treated with the utmost seriousness.
