First of all, they sold the hotel and commercial flights to Thailand for a higher price compared to if you booked it all by yourself and the freaking booking class was not eligible for Eurobonus points at all. Cheap rascals! I regret the moment I checked their website. Never booking anything else with them. It never felt like you had any extra protection because you bought the package from them. They would say no to everything and refer to their ”rules” book. No customer-oriented service whatsoever. A disgrace of a travel agency...
Had to book a trip via apollo to some highland outside Creta. Apparently it is impossible to pay for the service through their app, instead whoever answers the call for the booking asks all your bank details which is very very weird. Why on earth would some one give their card details to you, what if you replay it later to any service you want online? who is gonna be responsible if you leave my account empty? quite annoying!!
Shocking holiday experience with Apollo! Entire family contracted illness in the resort which turned out to be documented food poisoning. Pre-booked food on the plan and it was forgotten by the catering team. I had to give my 2 year old my dinner and then went hungry for 6 hours.No compensation given. Terrible experience.
