I just started my Applypass journey and so far, it's been stellar. I could track my applications in real time and the amount of times my resume and cover letter tailor made to the company have been sent out is insane. It's a numbers game for this tech job market, so before Applypass, I wouldn't get any call backs or interviews after weeks of applying, maybe 1 after a month. I had been job searching for about two months before discovering ApplyPass. During that time, I didn’t know many companies or where to apply, but when I found ApplyPass, it was an eye-opener. I was able to discover big companies I didn't even know existed. ApplyPass helped me twice, first landing my new grad role after a CS Master's, and again after a layoff in January 2025. Both times, I mostly relied on the interviews it brought in. In today’s disastrous tech market, ApplyPass saved me countless hours of job applications so I could focus on prepping. Between January and May 2025, I interviewed for ML roles (I have 1.5 YOE post-grad). I juggled 2–5 interviews a week, with 3-6 different processes at all times. I had around +25 companies reaching out to me, including big orgs like Visa, Walmart, Red Hat, Samsung. I reached 5 final stages and 2 offers. I used my spare time to study and pursue FAANGs that I wanted to apply through a referral instead of ApplyPass. I used the 200$/month subscription with 400 applications/week. Their AI-powered automatic application service allowed get back time that I would otherwise have spent on looking for available jobs, "tailoring" my resume and jumping through company portals in order to get rejected without an interview anyway. But with the community events at ApplyPass, I was able to stay engaged with the process and develop my growth mindset. Eventually the persistence of the service paid off and I was able to land an assessment for an engineering role, which I subsequently CRUSHED so COMPLETELY that they skipped the behavioural interview step and went directly to the onboarding process.My recommendation for engineers who are considering ApplyPass to work dilligently on your resume base so that the AI has a clear understanding about both your skillset and career goals.

Then I went through 3 rounds of interviews, including my first-ever live coding challenge. While I wasn’t selected by that first company, I gained valuable interview experience.I then had a few more recruiter screens; one of them resulted in three more interviews, including live coding and my first system design interview. Less than 24 hours later, I received my first offer!With this offer in hand, I let the company from the on-site interview know about it, and they scheduled a meeting right away. Definitely had an interesting experience. I believe the best value that I got out of it was just focusing on studying for my coding assessments and having the apply process take control of applying for me. It's like I had my own personal Jarvis working behind the scenes. Overall was a great experience will be using again when applying for new roles.
I'm a skilled engineer with years of high level experience and I do very well in technical interviews, however it always takes me up to a year to find a new job because the process of applying itself is so mind-numbingly tedious that I give up after just a few applications. ApplyPass completely solved that problem for me, I created an account and almost immediately started receiving interview requests. It took me less than two months to find an opportunity I was truly excited for, and now I get to move on to the exciting creative work I crave instead of stagnating in a mire of searching through job listings and filling out identical forms hundreds of times.
