Review Time
If a class is going to be watch a video that goes so slow you should state that is the class. So far 2.5 hours of listening to a computer voice talk to me and not even 1/2 way through the class. The appraiser's guide to the new URAR is a terrible class. I wish I would have never clicked this course. This class does not hold the same caliber or style as your other classes that I have taken. Terrible music as well. I would have taken an actual in person class if I wanted to just sit and listen. The slides are not able to be clicked to make them a full screen size. Awful course. Not Happy. Just in case you did not get my opinion as of yet, I warned you.
Informative course, excellent presentation. USPAP 7 hour update. One need for improvement regards the downloading of course material. The main 2 book PDF is 440 pages. I like to print out hard copies (old school) which was $200. One of the McKissock customer service staff indicated that the main PDF was just for inclass reference, so I initially did not get the hard copy printed. But from another class, I was exposed the the search/find button and feared that that function is virtually the only way to do the exercises/case studies. So I printed out the the hard copy at UPS (my printer on the fritz). Only to learn in class that I most likely had an old copy of Adobe that did not have a working search/find button.Probably a good idea to let future students test to see if their version of PDF can do the search/find application.Thanks
