Changes FHA Minimum

Changes to FHA requirements should have been covered first in the 4 hour course. Explanation of changes were hurriedly covered in the last 30 minutes. This was not enough time to clearly cover changes.

I just completed the course "The Appraiser's Guide to the New URAR today 08/06/2025 with Kevin Hecht as the instructor. This course was very informative and Kevin was excellent in his instructions. I would highly recommend this course and Instructor.

My class is GSE Appraisal Requirements and Guidelines. The screen has frozen at chapter 7 I'm at 78% complete and can't finish. I have tried seveal times to log bak in, same results.

The instructor was clear in his…

The instructor was clear in his presentation, answering questions clearly and even on occasion with a personal touch. He was not afraid to add humor, even self-deprecating, thus lightening the load and encouraging feedback. I believe the Zoom, or interactive, virtual experience is beneficial to my learning style, however, an explanation, or review of the options (or perhaps a more thorough one) for viewing graphs and charts, or other visuals that the instructor presented, would have benefited me. Although I have over 48 years of appraisal experience, technology occasionally gets past me.
